About the Cornell Oaks Corporate Center Project
Cornell Oaks Corporate Center was built in the 1980's and has been one of the largest and nicest office parks in the Portland area. The park consists of 15 buildings with 4 water features and a natural creek running through it. Pacific Landscape Management has been maintaining the park for 5 years and has converted the irrigation system to weather based as well as renovated many locations throughout the property to upgrade the appearance as well as convert lawn to shrubs to conserve water. The property maintenance won a NALP award in 2020.
