You have been listed on the OLCA Expo Exhibitor Registration form as the Primary Contact. Please forward the information below to those who will  be representing your company at the event.

Freight will be re-routed via Fern Transportation at 6:30 pm, Thursday, December 12, 2024. Exhibitor is responsible for all additional material handling and shipping costs associated with freight re-routes. Refer to Inbound/Outbound Shipments in Terms and Conditions.

Parking
On Wednesday and Thursday, please park in the North Parking Lot and enter through the Loading Dock doors. Exhibitors will not have access to the main entrance doors for move in or out.

Raffle Prizes
During the last break, we will have a raffle prizes to give out to Attendees.  If you would like to donate a raffle prize, please email Stacey Barrett, OLCA Staff, at manager@oregonlandscape.org.

Name Badges
Please make sure that if you have not already done so, that you complete the 2024 Exhibitor Representative form to ensure that the reps for your company receive name badges. This form must be complete by December 8, 2023.  All badges will be available for pick up by the registration desk.   

Exhibitor Portal Access for Northwest Landscape Expo
You should have recieved an email from Fern Expo, show decorator, for your OneView Online Exhibitor Portal access. Please view your booth number by logging into your account and visiting your profile. Booth numbers are subject to change if necessary.
